Properties

This refreshingly fruity shake contains a higher protein content from soy, which has been shown to keep you fuller for longer compared to lower protein amounts. Recent studies have found cinnamon to mimic the effect of insulin, helping to optimise the metabolism of carbohydrates, and aiding to maintain healthy blood sugar levels. The protein in this shake is also likely to have a positive effect on energy and mood, particularly if you haven’t managed to get a full night’s sleep. Additionally, oat milk is a good source of beta glucans, which have been found to help maintain healthy cholesterol levels. What a fantastically healthy way to start the day!
