Strawberry Intense, Creamy Lunch Shake


Wash the strawberries under cool running water. Cut or pull the green top off the strawberries to remove it. Place them in your blender jug and add all other ingredients except for the lime zest and blitzing for at least 1 minute. Add about 1/2 teaspoon of lime zest blend again for another few seconds.


Phytonutrients in strawberries have been shown to promote healthy carbohydrate metabolism, minimising energy peaks and troughs during the day. Soy lecithin is a natural emulsifier, i.e. it helps make this shake extra creamy by enhancing the mixability of its ingredients. Additionally, phytosterols in soy lecithin have been proven to reduce cholesterol absorption in humans. Goat’s milk has been shown to optimise immunity and yoghurt made with goat’s milk provides good amounts of probiotic bacteria to help you keep a happy gut.


  • 1 cup or 4 medium organic strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons Formula 1 Strawberry powder
  • 2 tablespoons goat’s yoghurt
  • 250ml goat’s milk
  • 1 tablespoon soy lecithin granules
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • A touch of lime zest
